If the Arabs don't care that much about Palestine, why do they care so much about Palestine?

All of the Middle East is supposed to be the Arab homeland, and Israel is just part of that.

But what does that have to do with Arabs not seeing Palestinians as part of their "tribe?" They certainly do.
