Sometimes I will make the mistake of judging a person based on appearance. I always feel badly about myself when I do that because it goes against my principles. Sometimes I am very pleasantly surprised by people that I mentally predict will give me poor service. I do like to get personal stories if we have time. We got our car into the transmission shop again today to check on a leak that I knew we still had. They fixed it rather simply. It was just a gasket with crack in it on the transmission pan.
