The S. Korean government find Qualcomm was a monopolistic bully and wanted restitution and a drastic reduction in royalties paid by S. Korean companies.

I have no more info or insight than the average person on the street. Do you have a better than average level of insight on the matter. Would love to hear about it.

S.Korea wasn't singled out for any agenda on my part. Substitute any one of major events facing Qcom and project that condition forward. Ugly. Yet, I have my thoughts that Qualcomm will persevere.
