Isn't that always the case with everyone/everything? I am ready to buy darn near anything if the math works.

There are a lot of buildings around me for sale cheap right now. They have been sitting empty for years. If you can find a tenant the math works great.

As for jacking up the interest rates, did you check the fed statement this week?

It is pretty straightforward to argue either way at this point. in six months one of us will have a much stronger argument than the other.
