Aftershock of the high oil prices of last years. This time the high oil rices raised global warming to respectability.

When you see Siemens CEO in a talk show about Global Waring and politicians subscribing to it, we must take note.

High oil prices did what Sheik Ahmed Zaki Yamani feared: That high oil prices would kick in alternatives. Now it is too late. The ball is rolling. It won't stop.

The rapidly de-industrialzing Europe and US needs an industry niche that they can't be beaten by the Chinese who took their industry away. Global warming industry fits the bill nicely.

Green now is respectable and no longer the province of the weirdo of Greenpeace -those modern Dom Quixotes- fighting their modern wind mills.

Oil is under attack from strong forces now.
