John: I hear you. I am not sure where you are located but in SE Florida with all the illegal immigrants you would think labor would be cheap but not so. Much of the labor intensive work here is immigrant but $15 per hour is pretty much as cheap as it gets for unskilled. Anything semi skilled, painting, handyman etc., and we are talking $18-20 and up and Florida is considered to be cheap. i hope Mish is right about deflation we could use some around here:} regards Ray
