I tend to doubt she means that literally, but I really don't care for that kind of rhetoric either.

I hope it's a statement that she further clarified in her speech.

Exxon's 'profit' is simply a tax on the public. Nothing more.

It's easy, if it were politically possible with so many EvilRepublicans in Congress, to redistribute that tax money toward the public good which is, obviously, investment in the future.
