I do not think that is how you can look at it Gib. We have to manage our fisheries, forests and wildlife and the environmeent in general, as man has become such an influence with our overpopulation.

As most of our cities are built on the coast we have to manage our weather too now.

We have to manage the planet earth, as we would a spaceship hurling through space. We affect everything on earth now and weather is just another variable in the ecology of earth.
