Very poetic and very well said. What I have learned about people is: 1) Some people just do not, or cannot, think things through to their logical conclusions for lack of information or ability. 2) People get ideas in their head (usually at an early age)and do not seem capable of objective reasoning. I am reminded of the debates about smoking and cancer and saturated fat causing heart attacks and the need for daily exercise. I knew about those when I was 10 over 50 years ago, yet somehow the debate just went on and on and on, when it was very clear to everyone. So I didn't smoke much, ate a low fat diet most of my life and have exercised most of my life. The enw UN report said there was a 90% chance of man made global warming. 90% is enough to take serious action.
