The day the Palestinians decide they'd rather have a state instead of killing each other and terrorizing Israelis is the day we can all hope for peace.

The Palestinians have already decided that they want a state. They want it to include the West Bank, Gaza, the Golan Heights and the land currently called Israel. Haven't you been paying attention?

Powerless to do anything? I don't think so. The Islamo-fascists terrorize with impunity. They may not be superpowers, but they have the power to terrorize and they use it prolifically.

And what the hell do you call the unrelenting bombing of Lebanon? You don't think the Lebanese were terrorized? You have the same narrow views of Arabs that Bush has on global warming and energy independence. What you don't understand or what looks different you condemn.

The day the Palestinians decide they'd rather have a state instead of killing each other and terrorizing Israelis is the day we can all hope for peace. But until that day, I have no sympathy for Palestinians.

Don't you mean when Israel decides if the Palestinians can have a state?

Truth is that I have no sympathy for any culture that sends their children on suicide missions and glorifies their deaths.

I see........you condemn a whole culture based on the doings of a Palestinian subset. That kind of thinking will get us far in the ME.
