Cause an attack in asthmatics. Yeah, 2nd hand. Lots of things will. Any smoke, whether from a cigarette or a bonfire, dust, all the pollens, scented body care products, sometimes cold.

Second hand exposure will get you high, tho. I don't know if the contact high is acutually drug induced, or just a social thing, but...

The scariest thing I have heard, professionally, is that 1 out of 6 kids in Fresno is now on asthma meds. Air pollution, mixed with farming chemicals. A real canary in the coal mine to me.
