This spate of lawsuits looks like a bunch of nonsense opportunism from the plaintiffs' bar, because the Company has not been performing well. Sounds to me like the Intel payments were quantity discount rebates and they were properly booked as price discounts, which in turn increased profits. As far as the previously reported allegation that termed them to be a "bribe", you would only have a bribe if an employee pocketed the money and the Company was not told of it and did not receive the money. Sounds to me like management was trying to get the best price for the shareholders.
