That was from the, I think it was, NYTimes reporter after the Shiite-Shiite battle in Najaf. This is way past civil war, it's nearly total anarchy.

Yet another gift from the Bushes to the world. That and $39.5 BILLION in annual profits for Exxon. Where is that Republican $8 billion corporate welfare package for big oil?
