Hi theCow,

I must admit that I'm very disappointed with Vista and Dell. The reasons are:

Two many version of Vista.

Hardware requirements that will require most people to buy new computers.

Lack of adequate drivers.

Dell called me and informed me that my Dell Inkjet printer won't work with Vista. They offered to sell me another printer.

Given that the Beta version of Vista has been out for sometime, you would think that the application and hardware suppliers would have developed their drivers and upgraded their software.

Last but not least, I haven't come across a situation, wherein, the party involved reported that the upgrade was completed without any problems.

I'm sure that all these problems will be fixed sooner or later, but it's not giving Vista a very good reputation at this time.
