An expectation of US kinda democracy does not fit well with the cultural aspects of other countries.

Absolutely true, but I didn't frame the propaganda, just pointed a few of its more ludicrous aspects.

How can the claim be made that there is some sort of Danish-style democracy when we know, for example, that when Ahmadinejad was elected the religious big wigs peremptorily dismissed hundreds of local candidates who didn't measure up to the MadMullahs political views?

Saddam was a democrat, too, by the standards in that propaganda piece because he also held elections.

And as far as the peaceful Iranians are concerned, they have used cat's paws to wreak havoc in the ME, had Hizbollah bomb the Israeli Embassy in Argentina, bombed the Marines in Lebanon, took over an Embassy, held diplomats hostage, etc., and are preparing nukes to have peaceful cultural exhanges with Israel, a country that needs to be wiped off the map.

The beef is that it is a lie in substance and in effect.
