Bush's enormous deficit spending means we have to start paying for it now. That means put taxes back to Clinton era levels for the rich and corporations who can easily afford it.

I see Bush is now offering to cut spending for everything but war. Why should war be exempt? Bush's war is a huge collosal waste of money and there are many Pentagon programs like SDI which are just complete wastes. Tens of billions just thrown away.
