Over the few days I've been reading a bunch of articles about Dell's desire to expand in the services arena because of the margins available there. I've heard that story before, thing is, I'm not clear if they are aiming for PC 'Geek Squad' type service or the IBM's of the world. Getting up to speed on the first type would be much easier than the second, which would require an infrastructure of highly paid /highly skilled systems types.. John
