'It seems to me obvious that with a fiat currency and with a government borrowing from other countries with total irresponsibility (to pay for a pointless military occupation), we are doomed to endure at least a decade of serious inflation.' But when do long term rates start heading higher in a big way? And what to make of all the municipalities in bubble RE markets flush with cash that they are spending on local projects and infrastructure needs like no tomorrow from what looks like at least a doubling in gross revenues in five years?
