He is articulate and gets his point across (http://akdn.org/video/akdn_videos.html) Al-Azhar University (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Azhar_University) was founded almost 1000 years ago by his forefathers.. And it still stands in Egypt.. He is better known in Europe, Asia and Africa, even in Canada then in US but even there he has addressed all the major universities over the years and is well known in certain circles but not likely to show up on your average US news channels.. As to who he is (http://www.akdn.org/hh/highness.html) If you browse around (http://www.akdn.org) which is a very comprehensive site and related institutions, e.g. Institute of Pluralism (http://www.akdn.org/news/2005April18.htm) that will start operating this year in Ottawa Canada, his other philanthropic efforts in the areas of education (all the way from primary to University and advanced leadership academies akdn.org, health care (health clinic to hospitals), Culture (http://akdn.org/agency/aktc_hcsp.html), World's Leading Architecural Awards (http://www.akdn.org/agency/aktc_akaa.html) and addressing poverty in places like Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, East Africa and other places.. I am sure you will see a world that does not get much play..
