Metacomet, the big question might be: "how did global warming even get into politics?" It is a matter of science. It should stay a matter of science, like understanding the moons effect on earths oceans-lol.

Now Iraq is a political topic of which I have strong feelings, but do not post much about it because it is too disruptive-lol.

Gobal warming should not be an emotional topic! And as the sea levels rise it will take trillions of dollars to shore up our cities. Maybe we should be investing in concrete-lol. Anyone know a good concrete play? NWI has a lot of some sort of very valuable sand-lol.

I am more curious regarding the price of nickel this week than the super bowl which I am looking forward to watching. Also, most of us here are in NWI and it will be a huge week for NWI i.e. what do we do after the spin off? And where will the price go.

And most here would not be into NWI if they did not read this thread!

And it is silly to say this thread is only about politics. I think we cover the spectrum of good mining stocks pretty well and a lot of people have made a lot of money here doing so. But trading on the weekends is a bit slow-lol.

We are doing pretty well in the SI stock picking contest-lol.

And the whole post was meant to be rhetorical-lol.
