Rudy's biggest obstacle are the social conservative Repugnicans. He's pro-choice, VERY gay-friendly and pro gun control. He's unlikely to survive his own primaries, and, with three ex-wives and several noted gay friends, is VERY vulnerable to the usual Repugnican smears. McCain has hired Bush's smear artists.

He and Hillary probably could run on the same platform!

I don't know any Dem men that want Hillary. She IS a witch.

I've read that Hillary will try to win with women, blacks, hispanics and gays - but especially WOMEN. She's calculating that she can get enough women from both parties and independent women to vote for the first woman President to put her over the top. More women than men vote, so, who knows?

I am hoping for a Hillary-Rudy matchup. Rudy has a higher favorability rating, and a lower unfavorability rating.

New York insiders suggest that Rudy did not drop out of the senate race against Hillary because of his situation with prostate cancer but because his polls showed that he could not win.

Hillary had a very high unfavorable rating in New York and was able to turn that around.

She is very hard working. She is always prepared. She is very smart. She is a policy wonk. Nothing ever goes wrong when she is fully in charge.

In my opinion, it was just the other way around. Bill would never have been President without her. He doe not have the discipline that she has and of course we know about his character defect.

Cancer, messy divorces (more than one! Oh My!), and an unfortunate liberal social ideology make Rudy unelectable as a republican nationally, imo. I do not think there is any way Rudy gets elected in this country as president. Obama has more of a shot (as a dem, of course) than Rudy, and I frankly don't think he is electable either. I'm hoping for two Dem southern men on the dem ticket- goodnes knows it has worked before.
