We drink strong Cuban expresso at home, we love the stuff, and since we live here in Fort Lauderdale, we can get really great Cuban coffee at the local supermarket, we brew it at home, it makes all the other domestic brands taste like dirty dish water... I'm not Cuban, but we both love Cuban food... needless to say, there's a strong Cuban and Caribbean influence here in south Florida and we think it's great...<g>

not to make you guys jealous but, my wife roasts the beans herself. Then , she grinds them in a hand made coffee grinder, of exquisite style from her brother. And finally, she prepares two to three small cups of the most aromatic, flavorful java you could possibly imagine. Oh, if I could only get some of that fresh cream we had with her family. And I don't even like coffee!
