Some people feel the Sunni's and Shia can live side by side and form a country, others say no country will be formed until the Sunni are basically eliminated. Before I understood that these people are all NUTS, I agreed with the former, the more I see of this savage BUTCHERY of innocents mainly of Sunni's killing Shia with bombings and Shia retaliating with abductions and torture killings of Sunni's, the more I am coming to believe that this must be a fight to the death and we should merely step aside and guard the borders to keep out any foreign influence. I dont think it would be impossible for us to guard the more significant portion of the border with 140-160k troops. I presume there are only a limited number of roads coming in from Iran and Syria, the rest we might be able to handle with drones and such? The trouble with the latter philosophy is that maybe a million or more civilians would be slaughtered, then those people saying we should pull back would say WHY DIDNT YOU STOP IT? Its a no win situation for President Bush. jdn
