Though you may believe that Q could be a target for class action suit, it doesn't work quite that way. If a QUALCOMM officer said that he thought the stock was undervalued, and it turned out he was selling his own shares at the time, and was concealing information about events that could be considered unfavorable for QCOM, then he would join others, such as a number of former officials at ENRON, and share their misfortunes.
