At that time, I will look at the charts to determine which to short. You probably already know the candidates. The hommies seem to move somewhat in unison, much like gold stocks.

WCI and JOE are the big Florida pure plays but anyone short them has been pounded into the dust. No shares available to borrow so you have to go with puts.
