Shanghai stock market index has tripled in a year. India has much higher long term interest rates than the USA. Local municipalities in the US are flush with cash they are quickly spending from an average doubling of real estate tax receipts in five years. How do these dynamics play into our twin defects, a repeat of the 70's and Chindia funding our excesses?
