Yes, and its not even like you can pay him very little, and hope that the big plays he can make, are enough to make up for the inconsistency and attitude because

1 - Bad attitudes can be contagious, esp. if accepted by coaches and management.

2 - If he's under contract its for a pretty large amount of money, if you trade for him you have to pay him. If he is a free agent he's want a lot of money.

3 - Even if you could get him for cheap, that would probably just make his attitude worse.
