The 2nd Amendment doesn't apply to military arsenals?
WHy not? Where do you draw the line? Originally it just meant a musket per farm. Now what does it mean, machine-gun nests on every roof-top or just a common sense rifle or handgun? I say the latter the the latter only, especially in more populated areas where any bullet fired can keep going and going and kill whomever. firing weapons in populated areas is simply not safe.
