Oil prices will stay modest unless Bush attacks Iran. That's because democrats are going to be investigating. Since 2000 that is the only time when gas prices have gone down, when Dems had subpoena powers, or when the GOP was way down in the polls. There's a direct corrolation.

To help boost prices, Bush has secretly been buying huge amounts of oil for our Strategic Reserves, oil we might not even need. That's how he does his part to boost prices.
