The fact that Sirius shareholders are, as a group, uninformed and ignorant, has nothing to do with XM's market cap. It has, since SIRI's refinancing, been that way as a result of Siriots' "SIRI is a bargain since it is cheaper" mentality -- a condition which will not persist indefinitely. XM's investors are much more knowledgeable (after Xm's investors are largely institutional, whereas SIRI's are largely individuals who are subject to the whims of their idiot brokers).
