Geode, it is abudantly clear that you know nothing, absolutely nothing, about the issue otherwise you would have known about what I speak. Recommend that you brush up on foreign affairs, try reading the Venezuela newspapers for starters, that should give you a handle on the topic. What I said is "way over your head", after you learn about Venezuela and Chavez you'll have the answer. Now don't post again, cuz your naievete and ignorance is glaring and embarrassing to yourself (but you are unaware of it.). If you don't know the answer, then study up and stop bothering people. GR
