I fully expect to bring up the rear now that after months of pursuing strategic alternatives qee has agreed to a merger that leaves me scratching my head in a brainless stupor. Not surprisingly Mr. Market didnt like the news either. Its pretty pathetic that the only rationale i can see for this merger is the hope of more competent management. Sprott is a large investor in qee and I wonder if they are a large investor in the other entity as well. Perhaps its their way of making the best of 2 bad situations.
