Oh I don't think nuking the whole world will be necessary. Islam can go out of fashion pretty quickly, and then once people think of it as a violent evil philosophy, Muslims will be gradually reduced to poverty and squalor.

If you want eradicate them, you need to nuke the whole world.

Or you could invent a sexual disease which kills women if they don't have numerous sex partners. You could invent a lethal disease which has pork chops as its only cure. There has got to be better ways than nuking the entire world.
