GV, In years past, I remember a few being very vocal about this ultimate rip off of shareholders; trying to explain to the Dell lovers that so much of the shareholder equity is being used to fund option grants, all while management was masquerading their stock buy-backs as something that was going to increase shareholder value. Many responded that this was necessary to hire and retain top talent ! Fine, if Dell was a $60 dollar stock, or if they were not losing market share, or if their customer service was exemplary, etc.. cheers,
