Re: Mid 2007 launch is obviously impossible if wafer starts are not until June.

If production starts the first week of June then Barcelona should start shipping by the last week of August which would still qualify for "mid 2007". Charlie believes production will start sooner:

I meant wafers in really soon. If that is today, they will get chips back in May or so, low quantity on the first wafers in (and out), so they will probably stockpile a few. If they do that for a month or so, that means salable quantities in June or later.

The chart looks like it may be from AMD

Uhh, no it doesn't. :)

And I already told you what the author of the article said about the "production" column interpretation.

Mid 2007 launch is obviously impossible if wafer starts are not until June.

This is not true either, "mid 2007" being the Q2-Q3 half-year. September 30 is still "mid 2007".
