Peter, The laws can be enforced, but it will take a lot of troops, or INS officers to patrol a border as long as from California to the bottom of Texas. The jobs that citizens will not do that I was referring to, was the fields on lettuce, etc, in California, and those farmers did all the could to entice citizens to do that stoop labor, and none responded. In Florida, no citizens will bend their backs to pick strawberries either, and picking oranges are now done by machines.
