You didn't express an opinion about three other clearly "illegal" invasions I listed - of Cambodia by VN, East Pakistan by India, and Yugoslavia by NATO. Do you think there is some benefit from labeling these "illegal"?

Would any right-thinking person really want VN to be condemned for overthrowing the KR's genocide? Or India for ending Pakistan's genocide in the former East Pakistan? Or NATO for ending the ethnic cleansing wars in the Balkans?

Would we want a world court to have forced these illegal invasions to be reversed? Of course not.

Int'l law which would protect the most brutal oppressors and warmongers and which would only bind the most beneficial of powers is worse than no law.
