Standard? According to whom? The World According to Doug? I've never seen that. Even mid to late August would be stretching most folks' interpretation of midyear. Early August might fly...

The term "mid 2007" implies that there is an
"early 2007" - January, February, March, April
"mid 2007" - May, June, July, August
"late 2007" - September, October, November, December
