YES. There are plenty of institutions to go around. You need them to be interested to move the price. Sometimes they move the price and get out. It's far better than the mm's playing with it.IMO

I can see a poss upside in siri, cant see it in xm. It not matter of bashing or hyping. at 3.7 and under I bought/buying cant see much downside.
