In general I am against it, let the price take care of it self and raise on merit.

Art- Normally I would say this might work in case of Agere for example. However, Sirius stock float is huge and they are above $3 and not above $1, therefore I think it's a lot better for the stock to move on it's own above $5 and better for the stockholders. RS is just another way of dilution.

Art. I'm one of the ones that believed that SIRI would been back to $5 by the end of the fiscal year, but I've never been against a r/s. I've always believed that a reverse split has been in their plans since they decided to fund their growth through dilution instead of loans and partnerships. If this is the case, I think it was a smart move.
