The vaccinations are not truly compulsory, you can opt out, so the new vaccinations aren't necessarily anti-libertarian. There may be some cause for concern about the process used to approve the vaccinations, but that isn't specifically a libertarian concern. Not following the normal process, is something libertarians, like anyone else, could be concerned about, but there is no reason for them to be any more concerned than anyone else. It isn't a distinctly libertarian vs. statist issue.

If a parent objects, they must go to through a lengthy appeal's process.

My understanding is that they only had to fill out and sign a form, but I had not looked in to it in great detail, or checked a wide range of sources.

OTOH other vaccinations don't always have even this much of an opt out provision.

How much you want to bet had it been a Dem. governor you all would have been all over it like bees on honey?

I can only answer for myself. There isn't any reason for me to be all over it if it was a Dem governor.
