It's light years away from that phase. This is going to be one major expensive undertaking if it ever happens. There would be some MAJOR dilution.

I forcast it won't be mined for three years at least.

Adanac isn't advertising for anything of the kind. I called them. That's just a comment made by Mr Finch. The contractors and sub-contractors will be the ones w/ that amount of employees, and apparently they are lining up w/ tenders for various apsects of the mine construction already and have been for some time.
