Wow...a 10,000 sell or a mere $100 took this one down 33% today. I have not been following this one lately and decided to take a peek to see what's the latest.... I guess everyone's given up, packed their bags and taken their wallets with them.

Well the potential certainly was there. Who knows maybe there will be some last minute heroics.

I'll surely keep ya posted if i hear anything but looks DOA

Regards,
MoneyMade

On the otherhand, both parties have been trying to hammer out an agreement for 1yr. so I doubt seriously US MODULAR is going to just give up, walk away and look for a new candidate. Hell that might take ANOTHER YEAR! LOL So i think they will follow-through.

Lastly, in the event of a breach i will typically see companies enclose a rider into the agreement such as "If breach of any of the representations and warranties or covenants of Registrant is not cured within thirty days of written notice and upon completion of due diligence should the parties fail to resolve existing liabilities to the satisfaction of the parties...." such breach could result in damages or loss of monies the registrant may have placed earnest. This is all just MHO.
