democrats have not had a single vote on funding anything. They've only been in power for a few weeks. The debate about the Bush budget just began yesterday. It's a messy, dishonest budget so things have to be scrutinized one line at a time.

So you are saying they haven't gotten around to stopping the war yet, but they will? As promised during the campaign? Right? Is that what you're saying?
