Bush made a decision that was not his to make, the war was illegal. Immediate compliance was not to be determined by Bush but by the UN which had the authority to interpret "immediate". You seem to slip in and out of UN authority/Bush authority. There's only one authority and that's the UN. Here it is from the Big Kahuna, now don't come back and tell me you're relying on UN resolutions and then deny this man's authority to make the determination!!!!! You can't pick and chose what you like about the UN, try to be consistent - but it's awful hard for you since the UN didn't back this war (only Bush & co.).
