"I think edwards is positioned well at least for now."

He is positioned well and seems to have some silver armor protecting him. When the negative campaigns begin that may make a difference. However he has no particular chic. Where as, Hillary, especially with Obama as a running mate, appear to have the jauntiness of people ready to move mountains. I am waiting to see if republicans can come up with a challenge to that. The message has been delivered that voters want something very different this time.

I'd be surprised if Edwards ever gets closer to Hillary than 20 percentage points.
