Seems the days of glowing forecasts are over. Execs today would rather low ball then exceed the estimate. jdn

"And market is reacting to it negatively. Rich " more likley the downgrade from two brokers and the reiteration of 32 from Morgan. Just no upside to the breakup value from here. As far as conservative guidence what would you expect from a management of 3 new companies, where they are going to be judge from day one. Not to mention where their stock options will be valued from. probably dead in the water for the next year. IMHO. Im also guessing a disappointing break up value ala Cendant.
