What the members of the Hate/Blame America First crowd refuse to acknowledge President Bush is opposite of Clinton in many ways. Clinton was all about Willy; he had daily pools taken to determine the best way to spin agenda items; when they could not find a positive way to spin an item, it got dropped. As a result of this his legacy is the Bimbo President. President Bush is a moralist leader who is willing to take flak from those who do not want progress. He sees long term goals and leads the country towards them. "it is impossible to force any group or country to embrace democracy, and especially when DEMOCRACY is an alien concept to the Arab psyche," There are few things which are impossible. You seem to believe that there are people who yearn to be subjected to torture and abuse and that all Arabs are members of this group. I don't believe it. I choose to believe that all people yearn to be free. I choose to believe that all people want to control their own lives. I choose to believe that all people are good until they are subverted. "I didn't advocate a cut-and-run philosophy. What I have in mind is an honourable withdrawal" So what you are saying is that you don't advocate cut and run, you advocate cut and run. OK, thanks for the distinction. You want to label the pursuit of freedom as a theft of something rather than the gift of freedom. Next you want to label retreat as something honorable. Islamic imperialists have time on their side. People like you who want to retreat to give them more time to build hate for America to distract them from the islamic imposed misery and tyranny are not the friends of freedom. Leaving a path of democracy where we have been is a much better legacy than the cut and run philosophy you are espousing.
