Joe And QC buys nothing for the gamers yet, and will not buy much for gamers for a while. It crossed mind recently we might let the thought surface we are getting fossils. Baah. Naah. Let's face it: We are already. :) Ya know, i see the gamer kids go rather for consoles than PCs nowadays. It's more the video-generation, u-tube and all, ya know. They benefit from quads. Besides, what's left of the "enthusiast" PC-crowd will find benchmarks to make them proud of having quads, i am confident. I mean they bought Willamettes - and they did not change. Should be pretty easy to get Quads down their throats. Bottom line, as long there is enough folks around attempting to compensate for less than a half working brain by means of four computing cores they shall have it. If they can afford it - give them eight. :) K.
