Nothing to do with muzzling. No one is trying to make him shut up. They want to remove the state title, so that people don't think his opinion is the opinion of the state of Oregon. Seems prudent to me. Not as if they're pressuring him to change his findings - like the Bush administration has done to scientists with their attempt to eradicate 'global warming' from previous studies and replace the ridiculous 'climate change'. Which reminds me of the Dilbert cartoon where Dilbert's boss made him change his slide from 'Our Products are Killing People' to 'A Reduction in Unsatisfied Customers'...
